Every entry is sourced, dated and marked the same way, whoever is reading it. The public register is the instruments layer of that record, and it is free to search.
The public register
The instrument register is searchable at register.calyxos.ai — what exists, where to find it, what section governs what, and whether it was read in original rather than carried from secondary reporting.
One provision per entry. Every entry names its source document and carries three marks: where it came from, whether it reconciles against a named record, and how current it is. Entries that have not been read in original say so.

Open the public register →- 01Sites. Parcels, ownership, acreage, geometry, entitlement status, vesting dates, case numbers.
- 02Instruments. The documents that govern: ordinances, orders, resolutions, agreements, permits, and their effective and expiry dates.
- 03Money. Abatement and incentive programs by statute, account and recipient; fees, community benefit obligations, and what returns to the roll and when.
- 04Power. Service availability, interconnection position, tariffs and rate proceedings, behind-the-meter and standby generation, storage.
- 05Connectivity. Fiber routes, carrier presence, latency position and route diversity.
- 06Equipment. Lead times and backlog for generation, switchgear, transformers and cooling.
- 07Trade. Tariffs, export controls, content requirements and credit eligibility that reach the equipment.
- 08Regulatory. Land use, air, water, noise and building regimes by jurisdiction, with the mechanism each one uses.
- 09Actors. Offices, terms, votes, filings and recusals with dates. A register, not a contact list.
- 10Community impact. What a facility does at the property line, and how it is measured. Sub-register 10.1 covers acoustics.
- 11Delivery chain. Who builds them: general contractors, electrical and mechanical specialty tiers, prequalification thresholds, and where schedule binds.
A site score isn't a rating. It's the set of constraints that apply to one parcel, traced through the registers in order, each one carrying its own origin, state and freshness. A site fails at the first register that closes it — and the useful answer is which one that was.
Order matters here. Connectivity isn't a category sitting next to Power; it decides whether Power is worth pricing at all. Equipment lead times aren't a footnote either — above 50 megawatts they frequently govern the whole schedule.
What is published and what is not
Findings publish. The corpus does not. Parcel-level work, account numbers, ledgers and per-site constraint sets stay private to the engagement that commissioned them, or stay internal where the work was self-funded.
Registers expand as encountered rather than being built speculatively. A register with nothing in it for a jurisdiction is NOT_CHECKED, which means nobody has looked, not that nothing is there.
